HARTFORD, Conn. — At least five people were shot, one fatally, at a Connecticut nightclub early Sunday, authorities said.

According to Hartford police, the deadly shooting occurred at a south-end nightclub at 451 Franklin Ave. Information about the survivors’ conditions was not immediately available.

Police said the incident is under investigation. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the Police Department’s tip line at 860-722-TIPS.
