According to the arrest warrant, Allen came into contact with the 15-year-old boy when she was “in a position of authority or a position of public trust.” The teen reportedly told investigators during a forensic interview that he had sex with the 25-year-old teacher, the TV station reported.

The teenager’s mother reportedly found nude pictures and videos of Allen and her son on his cell phone in October and contacted police, noting Allen was tutoring her son at the time, WDRB reported.

“I was disgusted because you’re supposed to be helping him, and she wasn’t helping him at all,” the boy’s mother told WLEX. The station declined to identify the mother in an attempt to keep the victim’s identity concealed.

According to the arrest warrant, the alleged rapes occurred between March and October 2020 at three different locations, including a Hilton Inn.

Allen, who has no prior criminal record, has been ordered to have no contact with the victim, and her bond was reduced to $2,500 on Tuesday, WLEX reported.
