Hutchinson, 63, of Highland Park, Texas, is a multimillionaire developer in the Dallas area. He was charged with one count of rape of an unconscious person and five misdemeanor counts of nonconsensual touching, Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer said in a news release.

Hutchinson, who owns Virgin Hotels in Dallas, was featured on Lifetime’s reality show “Marrying Millions” with his 23-year-old fiancée, Brianna Ramirez, KTTV reported.

Hutchinson told the Morning News in 2019 that he and his fiancée enjoyed having shared interests. They met at a Tex-Mex restaurant in Dallas, where she was a hostess,

“Age is whatever,” Hutchinson told the newspaper. “Money comes and goes. Looks fade. Character is what’s lasting.”

Hutchinson was arrested Wednesday on a charge of sexually assaulting a teenager in the Dallas suburb of Highland Park, The Dallas Morning News reported. He was later released after posting bail of $30,000, according to a news release.

According to an affidavit in that case, the 17-year-old reported the incident to police in early June, the Los Angeles Times reported. She alleged that Hutchinson provided her and other minors with alcohol and let them smoke marijuana at his Texas home in May.

An arrest warrant in Orange County was issued for Hutchinson, who owns a home in Laguna Beach, California, the newspaper reported, citing court records.

Prosecutors allege that Hutchinson sexually assaulted two 16-year-old girls while they were vacationing with him in April in California, the Times reported. One of the alleged rapes occurred on April 1, and prosecutors said Hutchinson sexually assaulted the other teen four times during the trip, the newspaper reported.

According to court documents, Hutchinson returned to his property a second time with one of the teens and committed sexual battery against her.

When asked to return with Hutchinson in May, the alleged rape victim declined, KABC reported.

Attorney John Manly, who represents one of the girls, said that his client was 16 when she was assaulted, the Times reported. She said she met Hutchinson when she was 15 through one of his daughters.

Hutchinson has been married twice and has six children, according to the newspaper.

Dan Hagood, an attorney representing Hutchinson in criminal cases, told the Morning News that his client “absolutely denies the charges that have been leveled against him.” Hagood added that Hutchinson will surrender to authorities in California, the newspaper reported.

If convicted of the charges in California, Hutchinson faces a maximum sentence of eight years in state prison and 2 1/2 years in the Orange County Jail, Spitzer’s office said in its news release.
