ANN ARBOR, Mich. — An 82-year-old Michigan died Wednesday when his vehicle left the road and crashed into a Walgreens, authorities said.
Otis Jones, of Ann Arbor, died after his van crashed into the store at about 3:56 p.m., MLive reported.
Jones was pronounced dead at the scene, according to WDIV.

A passenger in the vehicle, Rose Jones, 77, of Ann Arbor, was trapped inside the van, the Ann Arbor Police Department said. It took 45 minutes for rescue crews to remove her from the van, MLive reported.
The vehicle went through the grass and a ditch before crashing into the building, WDIV reported.
Rose Jones was taken to an area hospital, where she is in critical but stable condition, the website reported.
Two people inside the store suffered minor injuries and were treated at the scene, police said.
Authorities added that alcohol was not believed to be a factor in the crash, MLive reported. Both people in the van were wearing seat belts, according to the website.
The crash remains under investigation.
