NASHVILLE — A Michigan man is in stable condition after falling from a Nashville party bus, being knocked unconscious and run over by the transpotainment vehicle.
The incident occurred at around 12:30 a.m. Thursday when the 22-year-old man, who has not been identified publicly, fell from the railing of the roofless party bus, landing on his face in the roadway, WKRN reported.
Investigators said the bus, which had 15 people onboard, then ran over the man’s legs, the TV station reported.
During the 911 call, a witness told a dispatcher that the man hit his head on the pavement “really hard,” before the back tire ran over his leg, leaving him unconscious and bleeding profusely, WKRN reported.
According to WTVF, the man was transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center for treatment of injuries that did not appear to be life-threatening.
A hospital spokesperson told WKRN Thursday afternoon that the man is listed in “stable” condition.
