According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and WTMJ-TV, 26-year-old Amarah J. Banks and her two daughters, 5-year-old Zaniya R. Ivery and 4-year-old Camaria Banks, were found dead in the West Burleigh Street garage shortly after 11 a.m. local time, police said. Investigators consider the deaths a homicide, police said.
The news came after police in Memphis, Tennessee, arrested 25-year-old Arzel J.
