SAN FRANCISCO — Two missing children were found safe early Sunday morning after their father’s minivan was stolen while he was delivering meals for Doordash.
San Francisco police said Sean, 1, and Winnifred, 4, were missing for nearly four hours after Jeffrey Fang’s minivan was stolen around 8:45 p.m., KABC reported.

Fang said he parked, put his hazard lights on and delivered the order. He returned and a stranger was driving off in his 2014 Honda Odyssey.
“I yelled at him and told him to get out and two of my kids are in the car,” Fang told KABC. “One is a 4-year-old girl and another is a 1-year-old boy...They speak Mandarin only. I just want my kids back.”
The children were found around 1 a.m. and taken for medical evaluation before being reunited with their parents. Information on the suspect has not been released.
The children and vehicle have been FOUND in the city’s Bayview District. The children will be medically evaluated and reunited with their parents. Suspects are still outstanding - no suspect info. at this time.
