PHILADELPHIA — The National Dog Show, held at the Kennel Club of Philadelphia, has picked its best in show for 2021. Last year’s winner, Claire the Scottish Deerhound, was again crowned top dog in the weekend ceremony, which was broadcast on Thanksgiving Day.
