According to a news release from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, a 16-year-old juvenile and a 17-year-old were arrested and charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping after an incident on Saturday.

HCSO said that deputies responded to a call in the area and found a naked woman who was hiding in the bushes. The woman told the deputies that she was abducted by two men from her own driveway. HCSO said the Violent Crime investigators were called and they took over the investigation.

The woman also told investigators that she was just getting home after a concert with her friends and as she pulled into her driveway, two men approached her, pulled out a gun and forced her in the back of their car, according to KTRK. They drove her to another area where she says they both sexually assaulted her.

According to KTRK, the woman was forced back into the car and left her on a deserted street. The suspects had her personal belongings and her cellphone. However, their car was found abandoned nearby.

Investigators were able to track the victim’s phone at a house since it was being used, according to HCSO. The 17-year-old, HCSO identified as Olvin Rodriguez, was arrested there. The 16-year-old was also taken into custody. The victim’s items were also recovered.

HCSO said that Rodriguez is being held on a $300,000 bond and is expected in court on September 16.
