If you dream of all things pumpkin spice, your dream job awaits.
FinanceBuzz, an informational website that provides tips, advice and recommendations for making financial decisions, is seeking a Trader Joe’s “Pumpkin Spice Pundit” and all-around fall food expert to taste their way through an array of autumn-inspired offerings for 2022, Elite Daily reported.
And the best part? The gig pays $1,000.
“We’re looking for someone who can help us taste and evaluate all the fall-inspired Pumpkin Palooza foods at Trader Joe’s. You’ll need to eat your way through a grocery list including foods like pumpkin-stuffed ravioli and pumpkin samosas. For breakfast, you’ll chow on pumpkin waffles, pumpkin-flavored cereal, and cinnamon rolls. It wouldn’t be a full meal without fall desserts like apple cider donuts and pumpkin ice cream. Wash it all down with autumn-inspired drinks like apple cider and pumpkin-spiced ginger brew,” the website stated.
The objective, according to Elite Daily, is to generate market research to help other shoppers make informed decisions and decide which items to add to the household grocery budget.
“Here at FinanceBuzz, we want shoppers to get the best finds while spending less on groceries. Our Pumpkin Spice Pundit will help provide valuable recommendations and grocery shopping hacks for everyone to use,” according to the website.
The position also provides the lucky pundit with a $500 gift card to finance the Pumpkin Palooza taste test, and FinanceBuzz will publish the pundit’s reviews and accompanying photos.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and live nearby a Trader Joe’s location to be considered. The deadline to apply is 11:59 p.m. EDT Aug. 28.
The new hire will be announced Sept. 2, Elite Daily reported.
