Before you strap your child into their car seat for the long holiday drive, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration announced a recall of more than 608,000 car seats.
Some Rava child seats made by Nuna Baby Essentials Inc. were recalled because the plastic harness button may fail, the NHTSA said.
Debris can get into the front adjuster and cause it to not work properly and leave the harness too loose.
The car seats were made after July 16, 2016 and before Oct. 25, 2023, the company said.
