AUSTIN, Texas — Gel Blaster LLC on Thursday recalled nearly 63,000 of its SURGE 1.0 toy guns because the lithium-ion battery pack inside the toys’ handles can overheat and ignite, posing a fire risk.

- D2 LLC in Wimberley, Texas.
- Hey! Joy - Toy Store in Garden City, New York; Bloomington, Minnesota, and Orlando, Florida.
