Fisher-Price and the Consumer Product Safety Commission have announced the recall of infant seats.
The company has recalled its 4-in-1 Rock ‘n Glide Soothers and 2-in-1 Soothe ‘n Play Gliders.
There have been four reports of infants dying after being placed in the Rock ‘n Glide Soother device, the CPSC reported.
People with the soothers are being told to stop using and contact the company for a refund.
About 120,000 Rock ‘n Glide Soothers and 55,000 Soothe ‘n Play Gliders were sold in the U.S. An additional 25,000 Rock ‘n Glides and 27,000 Soothe ‘n Plays were sold in Canada.
