President Donald Trump plans to restart his campaign with rallies planned for Florida, Pennsylvania, and Iowa 10 days after hospital release for coronavirus.
After spending a weekend hospitalized with the coronavirus, Trump will lead a series of campaign rallies in key swing states Florida, Pennsylvania, and Iowa just a week after his release from Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
While questions linger about his health and ability to infect others, Trump has plans to speak at a series of outdoor events at airport hangars starting Monday.
Trump was released last Sunday from Walter Reed after spending the weekend hospitalized because of the coronavirus. He announced that he and first lady Melania Trump were infected Oct. 1. Since then dozens in Republican circles have been infected.
Just 10 days after his release, Trump is expected to speak at 7 p.m. Monday at an outdoor rally at Sanford International Airport in Florida, the Tampa Bay Times reported.
On Tuesday, the campaign has a tentatively scheduled event at the John Murtha Johnstown-Cambria County Airport, the Tribune Democrat reported.
