ORLANDO, Fla. — Over the Labor Day weekend, Universal Orlando Resort parks hit capacity for the second day in a row, Orlando-based WFTV reported.
Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay all hit capacity before noon, according to the news station.
It’s unclear what time the parks hit capacity on Saturday, but Universal’s website showed the parks were no longer accepting reservations for the day.
The Disney World website also showed no more available reservations for Saturday or Sunday.
According to WFTV, all major theme parks in Central Florida are operating at a reduced capacity and with social distancing in place.
Specific numbers related to capacity for each theme park are unknown.
Disney announced it would reduce park hours beginning after Labor Day.
SeaWorld, which is also open through Labor Day Weekend, said Friday the company will lay off an unspecified number of park workers and corporate employees.
