‘We’re family’: ‘Harry Potter’ cast celebrates 20 years of film franchise in new trailer

HBO Max is giving fans of the “Harry Potter” film franchise a look at the cast’s epic reunion special.

The trailer for “Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts” shows what happens when the film series’ original cast gets together to reminisce about growing up in front of the camera.

Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint, who played Harry Potter, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley, sat down and talked about their experience being part of cinematic history.

“The thing that scared me the most was the implication that the most meaningful thing in our life was done,” Radcliffe said in the trailer. “And there’s something so joyous about seeing everyone and being like, it wasn’t though.”

Grint told Watson and Radcliffe that “We’re family. We’ll always be part of each other’s lives.”

Also appearing in the special are Helena Bonham Carter, Robbie Coltrane, Ralph Fiennes, Jason Isaacs, Gary Oldman, Tom Felton, James Phelps, Oliver Phelps, Mark Williams, Bonnie Wright, Alfred Enoch, Matthew Lewis and Evanna Lynch, Entertainment Weekly reported.

“Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts” will stream starting Jan. 1 on HBO Max.
