Landon Clifford, a YouTube celebrity whose channel explored his life as a teenage father and husband, died Aug. 19, his wife announced. He was 19.
Clifford, who had two children, had a brain injury and went into a coma for six days beginning Aug. 13, according to his wife, Camryn Clifford, and a GoFundMe page.
“He was an amazing husband and the best father those girls could (have) ever asked for,” Camryn Clifford wrote on Instagram. “It saddens me deeply that they will never get to truly know him.
“He was so young and had so much more life to live. This isn’t how things were supposed to go.”
The Cliffords hosted the YouTube channel, Cam&Fam, which had 1.3 million subscribers, CNN reported. Their videos documented their lives as teen parents to their daughters, Collette Briar Clifford, 2, and Delilah Rose Clifford, who was born in May. The channel debuted in 2018 and featured video blogs and question-and-answer sessions.
The couple, who married in June 2019, posted their latest video two months ago, CNN reported. They posted their first clip after Camryn Clifford gave birth to their first daughter when she was 16, People reported.
