Seattle Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll has tested positive for COVID-19, according to the Seahawks.
Carroll is fully vaccinated and is experiencing mild symptoms.
At 70 years old, Carroll is the oldest head coach in the NFL, followed by New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, who is just 5 months younger.
Carroll will remain at home and in contact with coaching staff, participating in team meetings virtually until he is cleared to return.
