Seahawks take on FaceApp Challenge

The latest social media trend is likely to be in your face today.

Or should we say, it’s about your face.

FaceApp lets you apply filters to uploaded selfies such as old, young or hipster – if you want to see yourself with a beard.

As of Wednesday, the app was the number one trending free app in the iTunes App Store, and people are sharing their results with the #FaceAppChallenge hashtag on Twitter.

The app can be used for free for three days, and the Seahawks couldn’t resist.

See their tweets below, then keep scrolling to see who had some fun at KIRO 7.

KIRO 7 couldn't pass up the challenge, either.  Meteorologist Nick Allard got in on the action:

Some have privacy concerns over the app, though.  According to USA Today, the app's privacy policy says it keeps the photos you upload, so keep that in mind.  And if you're concerned about the app trying to access other pictures on your phone, only give it access to your camera.
