Road to Tampa: Super Bowl Performances

The Weeknd is set to take the stage at the 2021 Super Bowl Halftime Show.

The R&B superstar has not released a set list, or hinted at any special guests, but it’s safe to say his 2020 hit-single, “Blinding Light” will be part of the show in some fashion.

Whatever happens, the Weeknd is sure to dazzle the stage in a 13-minute performance, but he’s got some big shoes to fill.

Last-year’s halftime show featured Latin singers, Jennifer Lopez and Shakira.

Inaugural Poet, Amanda Gorman is also set to perform ahead of the Super Bowl.

The NFL announced Wednesday, the 22-year-old poet will recite an original poem recognizing community leaders during the pandemic.
